We are a local pastry shop in the heart of Wallingford/Fremont. We are serving up our most loved and favorite baked goods, pastries, and cakes made fresh the day of. Bringing the skills and techniques we have learned in our career to create the most delicious and unique pastries you'll ever taste! We started as popups around the Seattle area, and we were fortunate enough to have this brick and mortar in October of 2033. We hope you love our pastries as much as we do!
Born in Cebu, Phillipines, Keiffer grew up with the sweets that his mom would always bring him after her work. Out of all of them, one stood out the most which is the chocolate crinkle. From this sweet chocolate cookie came a deep love for sweets and desserts. At 10 years old, Keiffer and his family moved to Las Vegas where he continued his education. In 2019 he wanted to try having a career in Pastry, so he applied for an apprenticeship at a local French inspired japanese bakery called Suzuya Patisserie. With Keiffer's hard work and perserverance, he was quickly promoted from an apprentice, to a lead apprentice, and then to a pastry cook. Keiffer would go on to work for a French bakery called Petit Pierre Bakery where he learned from a Michelin starred pastry chef. Keiffer developed his broad skills in pastry ranging from bread, laminated pastry, petit gateux, cakes, chocolate, and plated desserts.
